Deep Freeze is the forty-second episode of the second season of Sea Princesses.
Synopsis[]
The Sea Princesses help an ailing penguin and get the chance to visit its colony.
Plot[]
It is penguin hatching season and Isa is in the Octopus Palace with Polvina, Ester and Tubarina, lamenting how her parents always tell her that they will take her to the penguin colony “next time”. As a surprise, the girls go out with Isa and ride on some dolphins. Isa hears a penguin calling for her and sees that he hurt one of his flippers escaping from a Drylander net and he has to get to the colony to help hatch the eggs. Despite Isa’s parents saying that she can’t go there, the girls decide to take the penguin back to the colony.
As the girls ride to the penguin colony on their dolphins, they encounter Drylanders up ahead looking at the sea creatures. The girls get off their dolphins, then sneak around them with some of the dolphins while the other dolphins distract the Drylanders.
Eventually, the girls arrive at the penguin colony. After initially getting lost, the girls manage to follow the penguin back to his partner. The penguin swaps places with his partner and the girls decide to leave, but they discover that Isa’s parents are there as well. Noticing a group of female penguins going back to the sea, the girls follow them and jump back into the water.
As they return home on their dolphins, Isa asks the girls to come back in six weeks when the penguin chicks will be born. When Isa says that they will go with her parents, the girls tell her “to act like next time will be the first time”.
